When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Please never include account numbers or other sensitive financial details in an email — we don't need them to help you.

Common questions
How do I connect my Apple Card?
When the app asks, grant access to Apple Wallet data (Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Savings). iOS will show Apple's own permission screen where you pick the accounts and time range to share. You can change or revoke this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Wallet.
How do I add accounts from other banks?
Download a statement from your bank's website or app (CSV or OFX format) and use Import in BuildingFreedom — it takes about two minutes and no bank passwords are ever involved. You can also add transactions manually in three taps, via Siri, or from a widget.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store app. Cancelling keeps Plus active until the end of the paid period; your data and the free tier continue working forever either way.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export everything (CSV/JSON) from Settings → Export inside the app — free, complete, always available. Deleting the app removes its data from your device; you can also erase its iCloud data from the app's settings first.
